Kelli Maruca is a partner at FINE The Agency. She brings over two decades of public relations, marketing, event management, and digital engagement experience to the agency. Her career includes senior-level positions with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Niche Media, Greenspun Media Group and Caesars Palace. Kelli is a 26-year resident of Las Vegas and UNLV graduate. She has served on the board of HELP of Southern Nevada since 2008 and became a founding board member of the Las Vegas Business Academy in 2011.
As Director of Public Relations, Beth Schwartz comes to FINE The Agency with a decade of experience on the flip side of the coin. Having served as editor-in-chief of Luxury Las Vegas magazine from 2004 to 2015, Beth brings to the team in-depth experience and knowledge of the news side of the industry. Now working in reverse, instead of publishing the news, she is collaborating with the agency's clients to create it. Beth's breadth of experience receiving pitches and working with the media allows her a unique perspective of what is most successful when building an exceptional relationship with the press.
Brooke Bertuzzi, a New York native and Las Vegas resident, has honed her craft in the world of advertising/marketing over the last 15 years on some of the country’s biggest stages. A true creative spirit, Brooke has created versatile and powerful collateral and messaging for advertising mediums across the board... starting with her days as the Advertising/Marketing Designer for TV Guide to her stint as the Art Director/Manager of Creative Services for Sony/BMG Entertainment to her decade with R&R Partners Advertising.
Honing his social media talents on world-renowned brands that have included Wynn Las Vegas, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, Zobi Naqshband is the omniscient social media guru at FINE The Agency. In his role as Social Media Manager Zobi feverishly scours every corner of the online media universe to execute fresh digital and social media marketing campaigns for the agency’s clients. A native Nevadan and graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Zobi approaches each client’s business with a unique but complementary perspective.
With more than a decade of experience conceptualizing dynamic print collateral and digital media assets, Jay has worked on highly visible Las Vegas and national brands that include PKWY Tavern, PBR Rockbar, Rockhouse, Sting Alarm, and LiveNation. He has become attuned to creating deliverables that appear across all platforms including print, on-site, mobile and tablet. A graduate of the Art Institute of Las Vegas, Jay’s proactive approach to creating memorable graphics emphasizes his passion for outstanding commercial art coupled with an unbending willingness to serve our clients’ needs.
Raised in Las Vegas, Cassandra Lupo has over 15 years of accounting experience and an impeccable work history. She has proven success in the planning, budgeting and implementation of defined sales and marketing strategies. Cassandra oversees Fine Entertainment Management’s portfolio of businesses and manages financial operations, approves budgets and performs in-depth quantitative analysis, while implementing financial strategies to maximize resources and increase revenues.
